Round Corner Door Hardware
System Overview
Vater Hardware’s round corner door track hardware is designed for sliding doors with curved track for doors up to 100kg, useful for doors or walls that need to slide away. This system is distributed by Elraco Distributors and represents a specialized solution for applications requiring doors to navigate around corners.

System Components
Track System:
- Curved galvanized steel track sections with 600mm radius
- Standard straight track sections for connecting curved sections
- Maximum load rating of 200kg for the track system
Rollers: Compatible with ELED14S or ELED7LP rollers (DOES NOT WORK WITH ELED12LP)
- Various roller configurations available including 2-wheel double rollers
- Specialized rollers designed for curved track operation
Supporting Hardware:
- Brackets to support and fix tracks to walls
- Door guides for proper door alignment
- Floor guide channels for bottom guidance
Installation Requirements & Recommendations
Installation Guidelines: For best results using the round corner door track hardware, a maximum of eight door leaves should be used in any one unit For Face-Fix (side-fix) installations, a packing batten may be required to provide adequate operating clearance between door leaves and main structure Floor guide channels must be installed with centres in exact alignment with centre of top track The top track must be level, and support brackets spaced at maximum 900mm centres must be securely fixed
Critical Maintenance & Usage Guidelines
DO NOT:

DO NOT weld tracks as it causes distortion and reduces capacity.
DO NOT exceed recommended maximum door leaf dimensions.
Recommendations: ALL End Support Carriages should be Four Wheel models
